How Fast Easy collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information, and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Fast Easy (“we”, “us”) runs fasteasy.ca, a free online service that connects people in Canada with third-party lenders. We are not a lender.
This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
When you apply, we collect what you enter in the form. This can include:
When you contact us, we collect your name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
When you visit the site, our servers and service providers automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit.
We collect information directly from you through our forms.
Our loan application form is run by a third-party lead management service. It processes your answers for us and passes them to lenders and partners.
Technical data is collected through server logs and the tools that load on our pages.
We do not use your information for purposes you would not reasonably expect without asking you first.
By submitting an application, you consent to us collecting your information and sharing it with lenders and partners for the purposes in this policy. Lenders may contact you by phone, email or text about your request.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. We may then no longer be able to help with your request.
Withdrawing consent does not undo sharing that already happened. You may also need to contact the lenders directly.
Fast Easy may receive a payment from lenders or partners when we pass on a request or when a loan is made. We do not sell your information to anyone outside these purposes.
Some service providers, lenders and partners may store or process information outside your province or outside Canada.
When that happens, your information is subject to the laws of that place, and its authorities may be able to access it.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We limit access to personal information to the people and providers who need it, and we expect our partners to protect it too.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the application form from our form provider. These services may receive your IP address and set cookies or similar technologies needed for them to work.
We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
We follow Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send you commercial messages with your consent, and every marketing message will include a way to unsubscribe.
You can ask to:
Email hello@fasteasy.ca. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Our services are only for adults who have reached the age of majority in their province. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
