The rules for using fasteasy.ca. Please read them before you apply.
These terms apply when you use fasteasy.ca (“the site”), operated by Fast Easy (“we”, “us”). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Fast Easy is a free online referral service. We collect your loan request and share it with third-party lenders and partners in our network.
We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, offer loans, or act as your agent or adviser.
To apply, you must be the age of majority in your province or territory, live in Canada and be able to enter into a legal contract.
You agree that the information you give us is true, complete and your own. Giving false information may be fraud.
How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.
When you submit an application, you agree that we may share it with lenders and partners in our network, and that they may contact you by phone, email or text about your request.
Submitting a request does not mean you will receive an offer. Lenders decide whether to make an offer, and on what terms. We do not promise any rate, amount, speed or result.
Any loan is a contract between you and the lender alone. Read the loan agreement carefully before you sign. Questions or complaints about a loan should go to the lender.
We do not charge you to use the site. You only pay the costs in a loan agreement you choose to sign with a lender. Fast Easy may receive payment from lenders or partners.
We aim to keep the information on the site accurate and current. It is general information only, not financial, legal or tax advice.
Laws and lender terms change, so confirm details with the lender before you decide.
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes submitting false applications, interfering with how it works, or trying to access it without permission.
The site’s design, text and graphics belong to Fast Easy or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use only.
The site may link to lenders and other websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is”.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the site, or from any loan you take with a lender.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province or territory where you live.
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
